The Honeywell RP2F and RP4F Series are ultra-rugged portable thermal printers designed to perform reliably in the harshest working environments.
Purpose-built for durability, these devices withstand drops from up to 2 metres, endure 1,000 tumbles from 0.5 metres, and carry an IP54 rating for resistance to dust and moisture. They remain fully functional in temperatures ranging from -20°C to +55°C, making them ideal for indoor and outdoor applications. Their compact form and hot-swappable battery design ensure uninterrupted operation even during battery replacement, minimising downtime and maximising uptime.
Integrated with Honeywell’s Printer Edge™ platform and supported by Operational Intelligence analytics, the RP2F and RP4F simplify printer setup and management and offer proactive maintenance capabilities. With support for a wide range of media, extensive wireless options including Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac and Bluetooth 5.0, and fast print speeds of up to 127 mm per second, these mobile printers represent a smart investment in mobile productivity.

Ultra-Rugged Reliability
Designed to excel in extreme environments, the RP2F and RP4F are built to withstand the rigours of everyday use in the field. Each unit can survive repeated drops of up to 2 metres and 1,000 tumbles from 0.5 metres. The IP54-rated housing protects against dust and moisture ingress, while the durable exterior ensures consistent performance in varying weather conditions and challenging work environments.
High Performance Printing
With a resolution of 203 dpi and a print speed of up to 127 mm per second, the RPf Series enables fast and accurate label and receipt printing on the go. The RP2F supports media widths up to 57 mm (2.25 in). In comparison, the RP4F accommodates widths up to 111 mm (4.4 in), making both models ideal for various printing needs, including heavy stock media for tags and specialist labels.
Extended Battery Life with Smart Management
The RP2F is equipped with a 2500 mAh Li-ion battery, while the RP4F features a high-capacity 4900 mAh battery with LED indicators to monitor battery health. Batteries are hot-swappable, allowing replacement without powering down or losing Bluetooth or Wi-Fi connectivity. With a charge time of 4 hours (RP2F) and 7 hours (RP4F), they are designed to keep pace with long operational shifts.
Effortless Media Handling
Thanks to a drop-in media loading design, the RPf Series simplifies changing rolls and reduces the risk of errors or interruptions. Adjustable media arms and support for linered and linerless labels (optional) add flexibility for operations using various label types. The printers also support tags and receipt paper, with core sizes ranging from 10 mm to 25 mm.
Advanced Connectivity and Communication
With built-in support for USB 2.0, Bluetooth 5.0 (Classic and BLE), and advanced dual-band Wi-Fi (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac), these printers offer a wide range of connection options.
