The CK62 is compact, ergonomic and tough. It is IP65 rated, drop-tested at 1.8 metres, and tumble-tested at 3,000 falls. It supports alphanumeric and function-numeric keypads, giving operators intuitive and tactile data entry suited to high-pressure environments. Coupled with its rich accessory ecosystem and Honeywell’s Operational Intelligence software, the CK62 is an end-to-end mobility solution for any industrial setting.

The CK62 is built to perform in tough conditions. It is IP65-rated against dust and water ingress, survives 1.8-metre drops onto concrete, and withstands 3,000 tumbles. It is ideal for physically demanding environments such as loading docks, storage zones and cold chain operations.

With Honeywell’s FlexRange™ XLR scan engine, the CK62 enables high-speed barcode scanning from as close as 8 cm to as far as 24 metres. This is perfect for scanning items on high shelves or at a distance without repositioning, helping workers stay productive.

Mobility Edge™ Platform Support

Honeywell’s Mobility Edge™ platform provides long-term lifecycle management, streamlined deployment and five additional years of Android security updates. It ensures a secure, consistent architecture across Honeywell devices, reducing IT costs and future-proofing investments.

Ergonomic, Pocket-Friendly Design

Despite its rugged capabilities, the CK62 is lightweight at just 440g and only 27 mm thick at its narrowest point. It fits easily in a pocket or can be used single-handedly, reducing fatigue over long shifts. Multiple keypad options (47-key alpha-numeric and 38-key function-numeric) support many workflows.

Hot-Swappable, Long-Lasting Battery

The device features a removable 7000 mAh battery with hot-swap functionality, enabling uninterrupted operation across long shifts. It offers over 28 hours of runtime and can be charged to full in approximately 3.5 hours with Quick Charge 3.0 support.

Integrated Camera and Display

A 13 MP rear camera allows high-quality image capture for documentation, quality checks, or damage reporting. The 4-inch touchscreen is protected by Corning® Gorilla® Glass 5, offering durability and responsiveness in dry and gloved conditions.
