With a strong background in technical IT and over 30 years’ AIDC industry experience, Tony is one of the founder members of BEC (Systems Integration) Ltd. Starting out as a Software Engineer and Developer, Tony became BEC’s Operations Director in 2005, and was promoted to Managing Director in 2013.
With a specific competence in managing resources and a methodical attention to detail, Tony is responsible for handling BEC’s post-sales support, infrastructure and the strategy and direction of the company. With a direct hand in helping to build mutually beneficial partnerships within the industry, Tony also ensures that the right people are in the right place at the right time. It is this methodical approach which helps the company to provide second-to-none levels of customer service whilst delivering robust solutions that solve BEC’s customers’ business challenges.

Equipped with a Business and Accounts degree and a strong financial and commercial background spanning more than 25 years, Stephen started working for BEC in 1998 as a Financial Consultant. He later became the company’s Financial Director in 2005.
Thanks to an in-depth knowledge of business monetary control and a diligent, methodical approach to strategic planning, Stephen is responsible for heading the company’s Finance Department, ensuring he has a firm handle on the day-to-day transactions made throughout the entire organisation. With a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, Stephen also helps to maintain and optimise BEC’s financial systems and processes, as well as understanding the needs and requirements of the various departments within the whole business in order to establish and manage the company’s forecasts and budgets.
A highly motivated and successful sales professional, Richard has worked in the Supply Chain industry since 2003 and built a wealth of experience, knowledge and understanding around smart warehouse technology. Specialising in Enterprise-wide mobility solutions, that layer technology with business process optimisation to enhance operational performance, customer satisfaction and improve efficiency.

Andrew first joined BEC back in 1999 as a Software Engineer. After culminating over 20 years’ valuable experience within the AIDC industry, Andrew was promoted to the post of Technical Director in 2013, and is tasked with driving forward the end-to-end supply chain and data capture solutions provided by BEC’s Technical Team.
With a substantial depth of knowledge around the very latest state-of-the-art technologies as well as an intimate understanding of ERP systems and the installation of complex and detailed solutions, Andrew is highly experienced in both hardware and software integration. By taking a strategic and consultative approach to helping BEC’s customers maximise their full potential with the solutions that are implemented, Andrew’s expertise also lies in developing long-term trusted partnerships with BEC’s established client base.
