PRODUCT LABELLING & PACKAGING COMPLIANCE

Compliance labelling can be a daunting prospect and mistakes can cost you business

Product Labelling and Packaging Conformance Systems

Achieve 100% labelling conformance, correctly label your products every single time and avoid punitive fines. Protect your company and improve customer relations.

The demands placed on manufacturers to ensure all elements of their product, packaging and labelling conform to strict standards, has never been higher. Failure to label your products correctly means that your company faces considerable financial penalties as well as product recall, restocking & logistics costs. You also risk loss of your customer and potential damage to your company's reputation.

PIC²: Product Identification and Control Conformity

BEC's Product Identification and Control Conformity (PIC²) product is a complete automated inspection system that gives you peace of mind. Using camera technology with intelligent sensors, PIC² can detect and rectify poorly labelled goods and incorrectly packaged products on the production line.

Used for factory automation, production monitoring and assembly line processes, the high speed imaging technology increases efficiency by saving time and effort. Depending on your product and environment, PIC² can validate up to 10000 parts per hour, checking liquid fill levels, shape sorting, routing, and verifying product assembly. The Machine Vision system inspects, detects and tracks parts, measures components, checks orientation and assesses both the product and packaging as a complete unit.

BEC provides integration services for the whole system including all production line installation and commissioning.

Watch our labelling conformance animation to learn more about PIC², or download the label conformance case study. Alternatively, Contact BEC for more information on Product Labelling and Packaging compliance systems.
